Continuity Test | : To conduct Continuity on Primary and Secondary Windings a sensor will be provided to send signal to the control system |
Resistance Test | : A Resistance measuring device with Digital Indication and RS485 communication will be provided. |
Control | : By PLC (HMI Optional) |
High Voltage Test | : To conduct High Voltage Di electric Strength Test , A High Voltage Test Kit with 230V AC input and outputs of 5000V AC with burden capacity 300mA will be provided. Digital KV and mA meters will be provided with RS485 communication for Data Logging. |
Performance Test | : To conduct the Performance Test of the Transformers
Constant Voltage and Constant Frequency AC Source will be supplied as follows. Input Voltage : 230V AC Output Voltage : 230V ± 1V AC Output Frequency : 50 ± 1 Hz Capacity : 3 KVA Waveform : Pure Sine Wave with low harmonics. AJigs and suitable Resistive Loads will be provided to measure the following parameters. 1. Magnetizing Current 2. Primary Voltage/Current at rated Load 3. Secondary Voltage/Current at rated Load 4. Efficiency |
Data Logging | : All results of the above tests will be data logged |
